Terrible Terrible experience! I have had to ask 4 times for pricing as I considered buying from them. STILL waiting for pricing, but they email me and ask me so many questions about my business. Like where did I buy my heatpress???? What???? That has got ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with them.

Please be very wary and careful. When a company is so suspicious and mistrusting, I can only see red flags.
