It has been 20 years since Jeff helped us buy an investment house in Alameda. The process then as smooth and well orchestrated. There were numerous tricky issues with the purchase and Jeff made everything work.
Fast forward to 2022 and it is time to sell the house. Remembering how well the purchase went, we asked Jeff to help sell the house. Jeff doesn't disappoint.
There were a lot of moving parts needing attention before we could list for sale. Jeff helped with a painter, a landscaper, a designer and coordinated all the repairs for us.
Oh, and the house sold for what we hoped we would get.
Done.

The best Jeff goes above and beyond expectations. A landslide from the property above send mud into our bottom duplex. Through Jeff’s connections we were able to hire a great crew who cleaned up the unit. The challenges seemed unending, but Jeff’s amazing work ethic, great communication skills, and vast knowledge overcame the obstacles. He is a great realtor and has my highest recommendation!!!

Jeff turned the trepidation of selling our family home of 64 years into an unbelievably smooth process. His knowledge of the Alameda area, business professionalism and attention to detail were top notch. Jeff presented a time line which was meticulously adhered to. During the prep of our home, each of the contacts he provided did an incredible job which enhanced the sale of our home. Jeff was always attentive in keeping us apprised of the process and always available when we had any questions. Alameda will always be our hometown but Jeff Goodman made our decision to sell a smooth transition into a new adventure.
