The idea of purchasing a home was daunting to me, but I can confidently say that Jeff and his team made the whole process easy and smooth.
I initially spoke with Jeff back in 2022. I was starting to look for homes, but didn't know where to start or what to expect, especially when it came to getting financing. Jeff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He walked me through the entire process to give me more clarity. When it came to discussing monthly payments, Jeff made sure I knew exactly what my mortgage would be and he wanted to be sure that payment was something I was comfortable with. At the time, I wasn't able to move forward, but Jeff would check-in periodically and was available if I had any questions.
Fast-forward to January 2024, I was ready to pull the trigger, and I called Jeff. He made sure he was up to date on my current situation and ensured I was going to be set-up for success. Once I got my offer accepted, Jeff walked me through what I could expect through the escrow process (again, I had NO idea what to expect.) Knowing I had Jeff on my side, really brought me peace of mind. Whenever there were new documents to sign, Jeff would send me a text to check-in, and made himself available if I had any questions about anything.
I am so thankful for Jeff and his team. They were so easy to communicate with, extremely professional, but most importantly kind, patient, and genuine. Thank you, Jeff and team!!!
