customer service is awful. mr. Matt Tyler the manager, didnt know where any of the warning signs or notification signs were at a local park and meanwhile I was frustrated with the situation, he decided the conversation was "going nowhere" and decided to hang up the phone. Jefferson county's finest in my opinion.
