Very pleased. They are doing a terrific job of covering the middlin' ground for people who don't need the ER but can't get a doctor's appointment. (5 months for a doctor's appointment if you're not already a patient. How nuts is that?) Courteous, expedient, and doing their jobs with a smile (at least their voices were smiling. hard to tell with masks). That's pretty tough to find in the medical community any more.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The receptionist was a very friendly and nice lady. She got me checked in quickly. I probably waited for less than 20 minutes to get into a room (it was a Sunday on a holiday weekend so I expected a much longer wait). The nurse who took my vitals and symptoms was also very nice! I waited for Dr. Grace for less than 5 minutes and she was super friendly and informative. She definitely made sure that she got all the information she needed, and quickly got test results back to me. I was in and out in less than an hour with everything that I needed! The facility was quiet and clean, and I would definitely go there again if necessary.

The wait time was even shorter than promised on the phone, which was a welcomed surprise. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful. The PA who saw me was attentive and quick.
