Alex was so efficient, transparent and helpful from start to finish. I appreciate how detailed the staff was with giving updates, detailed reports with photos and the search for the cause of my squeaky brakes. I love how everything was explained to me so I knew the steps to take. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Wish all the other auto shops can use Jeff's as a reference to customer service, skills and detailed reports.

In 2019-2021 I had a 2012 LR4 in beautiful shape encroaching 150,000 miles. We had been servicing it at Jeff's when they were back in Bellevue and during their transition to the Renton location... and one day it had a total coolant leak. We took it to Jeff's and they let us know that there was a leak at the crossover water pump and in addressing that, they reattached a hose clamp incorrectly. The day I picked it up from the 2K service, the car hardly made it 20 miles before seizing up and billowing smoke out the engine. Would have made a $12K difference for themselves if they actually did a careful once over on the car before giving it back. Disappointing. There is a reason people pay the professionals, and this was more than negligent. Disappointed.
