Females beware , this establishment will talk to you like you have no idea what you're talking about and upcharge you on services your vehicle does not require. You're better off going to a different mechanic.
Brought my car in to jeffs for a simple fix and they tried to say a part of my car required a fix and was "old". Little did they know I actually got this part replaced earlier this year and had the receipts to prove it.
I paid over 1k to have more car end up in worse shape than when I originally brought it in.
Their prices are absolutely insane, I paid less for the same services in San Francisco. I pointed this out and they just said that they "keep an eye on Market demands" which is such bs because I ended up paying half the price in Everett for more services to fix up their mistakes + more.
Brought my car to a new mechanic that has since pointed out the errors and how Jeffs failed to look at a different connector that was contributing to this issue.
I don't reccomend Jeffs at all with their blatant sexism, price gauging and disgusting lack of accountability for their errors. Thanks for nothing.
