UPDATED REVIEW Unfortunately, I ended up having a rather negative experience with this company, when we decided to transfer our services to a different company. I want to emphasize that up to this point, all was fine with this company. However, if you’re reading this review, be aware of their 24mo contract. Once you sign it, there’s really no way to cancel it by paying a cancellation fee. Instead, should you decide to discontinue your services with them, they will charge you for the entire 24mo. To me this doesn’t make any sense. Pretty much every company I’ve ever had a contract with allows you to terminate the contract by paying termination fee instead of charging you the entire amount for the duration of service they won’t be providing. I made a mistake by not paying attention to this rather senseless policy, when signing the contract with them. I certainly don’t want others to have a similar experience. So make sure you’re ok with these terms, before getting into a contract with them. I would like to say that aside from this issue, my previous review still stands true in terms of how they helped me get my first website running. I just wish they had a more reasonable cancellation policy. I worked with Jelly Websites for my dental practice website. I went into the world of domains and websites without any knowledge and the team at Jelly Website made the process seamless. Everything was explained clearly. They asked to send them few of the websites I liked the design, so they could get an idea for my taste and they did a mock up based on that, which was spot on. After the website went live, the team continued to be a great resource. Always available to answer questions. I definitely recommend their services.
