I have enjoyed every time I have come in to shop. It is the perfect blend of interesting and well placed product, helpful staff without being overbearing, exuberant and attentive staff. They have engaged when I needed help and been very helpful when my account had a blip. This is a wonderful store that even if you don’t find something one day, it is a great place to window shop and enjoy lovely staff.

I love this shop! They always have amazing looking clothes that are stylish and fun. Their looks are casual, comfortable, and pulled together! I always find lots of treasures from fantastic hand bags, beautiful jewelry, cozy scarves and hats, to fun boots, sweaters, and a large variety of jeans. There so much to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed. This shop is such a treasure in the Spokane Valley!

II absolutely love Jema Lane! It's so exciting to find plus sized clothing that is flattering and trendy...not the typical matronly style, that makes me look my age. Tha girls that work there are amazing. They are friendly, very helpful, and not at all pushy. They know their boutique well, and quickly help me find exactly what I need. I always have a good experience when I shop there, and am looking forward to my ext visit.
