I was directed by my esthetician to get a spot checked out right away. I live in the Wenatchee area and the only dermatologist was booked out until the end of November. I called places in Tacoma, Ellensburg, and Seattle with no luck. Most places I called were not even interested in my situation or even entertained any idea to try fit me in. I feel like I got very robotic, matter of fact responses. The receptionist at Jenatte Cark listened and seemed genuinely concerned for me. Thank goodness she was able to fit me in within a reasonable time frame. Overall, I appreciated being listened to and the service was amazing by both the doctor and staff. Worth the two and a half hour drive. Highly recommend
