Jeni's Ice Cream was lively and aromatic when we walked in for Yelp's Elite Experience. Nestled on Beverly Drive, Jeni's welcomed us with promises of flavors and textures that we had never tried before. Although every seat inside and outside was taken, we were fortunate to find no line as we viewed the line up of delicious flavors glistening behind the frozen glass.

Unsure of what to have, we were impressed by Jessica's kind and patient demeanor as we tried a few flavors. The Wildberry Lavender was a refreshing symphony of flavors between the fruity ice cream and the lavender notes. Amazing! Next, we savored the deliciously refreshing the Brambleberry Crisp, where homemade streusel and the juiciness of blackberries made for a tantalizing combination on the palate – the perfect accompaniment to the scorching summer.

But it was the Gooey Butter Cake that rendered me speechless, each bite an exploration of the rich, the slightly tart, and the wholly savory. The bits of cake mixed with that wonderful caramel butterscotch swirl left us yearning for more. Enter the buttercrisp waffle bowl, a vessel as pristine as it was flavorful. Buttery, crispy, and savory, this bowl cradled my trio of ice cream with the delicate finesse. The aroma of freshly made buttercrisp waffles filled the air with an inviting embrace.

Yet, Jeni's isn't merely about the flavors and aromas of their establishment, it's an experience woven together by amazing service. Jessica patiently guided us through this satisfying visit. Her knowledge, patience, and her warm welcome elevated the entire experience to new heights.

Jeni's Ice Cream shines as a true gem in Beverly Hills. Between the wide variety of options, including dairy free and sorbets, the waffle bowl, and the wonderful service provided by the staff, this was an amazing visit and an experience that we'll cherish. We eagerly anticipate our next fresh scoops of Jeni’s.
