Dr. Chan is the absolute best. She takes so much time and care with each patient - that is such a rare thing in today's world. She is also SUPER smart and thoughtful and knowledgable about all options around women's health care/any issues someone might face. So grateful I found her!

While I really like Dr. Chen and think she is a great doctor, the practice now charges "administration fees" to the patients. When I asked what these fees were, the front desk staff said it was a "fee for paperwork and writing letters". I am not paying for the practice to do paperwork, this is a grey area and the legality of it is questionable.

Dr. Chen was very thorough and straightforward. She treated me like a partner, unlike some doctors who can be condescending. She needed to perform a painful procedure but did so kindly and with my full understanding.
