It's a great place to get your paperwork done and sign up for insurance, but if you crash your car you have to talk to corporate which is out of state. It's tedious, and time-consuming.

So I have been a customer with AM FAM for about 6 years now. They do have some of the best rates around. That is why they must have so many customers. Other insurance agencies are much more costly and do not offer the rate coverage. Plus they offer other coverage that I did not know was available.
