Dr. Kauffman seems to be only interested in money. When the doctor from Spokane got ahold of me they informed me that I was due for my MRI for pancreatic cancer one and a half years ago. Dr.Kauffman was supposed to be the one who informed me. She obviously did not.I was also prescribed medications that were irrelevant to my condition. Once I stopped taking the unnecessary medication I felt much better. it seems once I wasn’t going in for office visits for prescription refills I stopped hearing from Dr.Kauffman. She kept zero contact with me after I stopped coming in for medication. You can tell where her interest really is. Her side kick Michelle is also rude and treated me with great disrespect.Horrible doctor for someone that calls them self a specialist. Her 5 star review from one person also happens to be one of her relatives.

I have been a patient of Dr. Larsen for 20 years. He is a master in his field. He has always been kind, genuinely caring and has been proactive in helping me to be able to live a “normal” life as a person with Crohn’s Disease. I’m happy to be able to give 5 stars to his entire team. I’m thrilled to have Dr. Jen Kaufman at the office. She and Michelle are OUTSTANDING as well. They have all bent over backwards to make my life better.

Jen Kaufman is an excellent health care provider. Not only is she a knowledgeable professional, she showed sincere care for my needs during my appointment then went the extra mile by following up on my progress a couple weeks later. Thank you for your care and kindness. Highly recommend!
