Unprofessional, and lacking basic etiquette or communication skills.

I reached out EVERY day for a week. Leaving urgent messages which relayed my distress. I couldn't even get the decency of a call back. When I did recieve a call back I was hung up on when answering my phone.

For someone who's livelihood depends on helping people, all she did was add more stress to already horrific situation. At least have the common courtesy to pick up a phone and tell somebody that you're either not available or don't meet their needs or simply you cannot work with them. Don't make me waste my time and energy and hope looking to find support.
