Went in as a new client and was I impressed. Very personable and easy to talk with. Quickly and efficiently set up my appointment and did all the insurance checking and footwork for me and my partner. Made it so easy to come in on a Sunday and was very flexible with scheduling. Both me and my partner were very impressed with how simple and comfortable the process was. We both really enjoyed the massage and felt relaxed and fully recovered for the upcoming workday.

My session wasn’t with Jennifer. That’s why I’m giving it a 5 Star. My session was with Maggie who uses Jennifer’s room on her days off. I give Maggie 2 stars. She was knowledgeable. She gave good advice. She was professional. She needs to trim her nails as this will ensure a more comfortable session. When she was doing deep tissue I felt her nails dig in to me. She needs to have more people skills as good casual talk will build better rapport. I will put some thought seeing Maggie again.
