Our experience with Jenny's equipment was absolutely 5 stars. Joe in sales really took the time to understand the size of our property the needs that we have and match it with the right tractor even though I wanted bigger :). Joe even took the time to have my wife and I at the yard understand how the tractor operates and how to connect and disconnect all the implements. We both feel as Joe went above and beyond the level of service that we expected and mach what we try to give our clients. Jos followup and care for our satisfaction was also unexpected and truly appreciated. Thanks Joe for making the process so wonderful and easy. I think I made a big mess...🤣
My family and I have been customers of Jennings equipment for almost 20 years now. We have purchased several pieces of equipment including a Compact tractor, Compact Track Loader, multiple implements. lawn mowers, generators, and power tools. Andy has been my "go to" sales guy the entire time and I trust his opinion and expertise on Kubota, Land Pride and Rockhound equipment, all of which we have purchased in those 20 years. The service department did an incredible job for us years back on a major repair that was COMPLETELY covered under warranty even though I felt it was in a grey area of Kubota's responsibility. They went to bat for us and I'm guessing even covered a little of the repair but didn't tell us. :) Like most companies these days the service department has been struggling for techs and keeping pace with the demand, but you can be assured it will get fixed correctly. The parts department has never let me down on having what I needed for a fair price. Again supply issues from overseas always will get in the way, but the crew is quick to give me a timeline and even drop ship the parts to me if they are not in stock. Overall Jennings Equipment is my first stop for anything equipment related that they sell. I generally shop around for everything I purchase and in the end I will always give my money to Jennings.
