I did NOT want to even give one star, but I had to, so I can write my review. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this salon. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Getting my hair touched up. I was over CHARGED for a touch up color on my hair, meaning from my root to the original color, my hair just needed to be colored half way. Then Jenny sold me some hair products that I was over CHARGED for as well. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.I GOT RIPPED OFF. I called other salons after my hair appointment was done and asked about their pricing for a touch up and they don’t charge that much for a touch up hair color, they even told me I got ripped off. This salon is bad for business and very unprofessional. They need someone experienced to run this salon.
⚠️❌🚫 DO NOT RECOMMEND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 😭😔🤬 The procedure they use for my type of hair which is naturally wavy is as follows: wash, blow dry, straighten, cut. She said it would total $45. First she began washing my hair with COLD WATER, then blowdrying it still TANGLED 😩 Then she CHOPPED OFF 4 INCHES without any precision. Just sloppily sectioned it diagonally in two sides & chopped away in a a couple trims. I stopped her after she started to want to straighten my hair STILL DAMP and uncombed!!!!!!!!!! 😓🙄 SMH. NO EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ She charged me $25 after seemingly mocking me in another language & VISIBLY LAUGHING ME OUT WITH HER FRIEND as if I was in the wrong for not letting her BURN & F*UP MY HAIR. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
