Very disappointing with this physician, who doesn’t care my kids at all! She is very unprofessional and always keep us waiting. She always wear very high heels and no uniform. I have both my kids (2 and 5) seeing this doctor for about 2 years, unfortunately, every single time we end up waiting for almost an hour, most unbearable is the wait is long even after my kids got undressed, the room is very cold. I tried to find her at her office but she just completely ignored me and continued talking to her intern like she couldn’t care less about my kids. The point is the appointment time already passed like 40-50 mins. Every time all of the people arrived after us got served before us, we are always the last one got served. I gently reminded her, but she never changed. The response from her is very rude and disrespectful. She told me she never keep track of the time and asked us feel free to see other doctors. I cannot believe she did this to my little kids!
