This was our very first time buying a home, and Jenny Lyn Tran, along with the rest of New American Funding staff who helped us, made every go as smoothly as possible. It was a very busy time with the birth of our baby, and the team at NAF worked around our schedule to accommodate us with the whole process. Communication was thorough, with all of our questions answered in a timely manner. We received updates on a regular basis, and also, were notified of what to expect. The closing was very fast. It was above and beyond customer service, and it made our dream of owning a home for the first time come true with ease. I attended a homebuyers workshop with my partner hosted by Jenny Lyn. The workshop was an overview of the homebuyer process and all the need to know information. Jenny Lyn shared the information in a way that was easy to understand with visuals and provided real life examples that can be relatable to a first time buyer. She was beyond knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. At the end of the class, I felt more aware of the next steps I need to take towards home ownership and any further questions I have I know I can always reach out. Highly recommend taking this class for anyone that is ready to shop for a home.
