Michelle has managed my property for under a year and yet she has done an amazing job. I am stationed over seas active duty and I left my home worried that it would not be taken cared for. After finding Michelle and Pickering her to manage my home I could have not asked for a better person. She is hard working and any issues that comes up let’s me know with solutions or already taken care of. I highly highly recommend her. She is honest and hard working. Thank you Michelle for the great experience.

Jensen Property Management has been a wonderful company to work with. Michelle has gone out of her way even meeting us after business hours to show us multiple homes so we could find the perfect fit for my family. She is very professional and quick to respond through email and calls. You can tell she takes pride in her clients properties making sure they are well maintained. She is a wonderful link between tenant and landlord making our leasing experience easy and enjoyable. I needed documents to get my children transferred to their new school and she was able to get them to me right away. We are very satisfied with Jensen Property Management and I highly recommend using their services. Thanks Michelle for everything!

Having come from a short-term rental (high maintenance) experience, my wife and I wear worried about what we would be facing with a long-term rental property. We interviewed several property Management companies and decided to give Jensen property Management a try. After one year we are incredibly grateful we did so since Michelle, our property manager, promptly found a great tenant and has taken care of all issues and concerns with the property. This has been a worry - free year and we are looking forward to many more years with her and the Jensen property management team.
