Ive never eaten at JMS but I got my two subs in less time than it took me to check my work schedule and pickup a shift. Great quality,fresh,and efficient service. Way better than subway,& better pricing.

Rude service, people behind the counter wouldn't even make eye contact so you could ask a question. I placed an order online and there was no clear direction for pickup (a lot of customers but very unorganized). When I finally did have someone look my way, I asked for a refund for my online order (it had been placed right at an hour earlier) that wasn't made yet and was told "you'll have to wait" and she turned around and walked away. When she finally did give me a refund, it took her about 20 seconds at the register. Steer clear of Jersey Mikes in Pasco unless you're looking for a frustrating experience, I will not be back and wouldn't recommend it. Fire House has great food and the service is much better. Oh, and if you order online, I wouldn't tip until you get your food!

The sandwich was so good that I can't sleep tonight. It's 1 in the morning, and all I can think of is sandwich. I'm hoping that writing this will clear my conscience and help me attain inner peace.

It's been almost a year since I've been to a Jersey Mike's because there isn't one Yakima, but I happened to be in 3Cities. Perhaps this is the deprivation talking, but I think this was the best Jersey Mike's meal I've ever had.

For those wondering, the Righteous Sandwich was a #9 on rosemary-parm bread, Mike's Way, but with extra mayo and add pickles. Extra napkins required for sure, but I licked the juice off the wrapping paper when no one was looking.
