I've never had an issue with the food, friendliness of the staff, but the online ordering and pick up process is an unmitigated disaster.
The production of the orders seems to work well enough, I've never even had an issue where my order wasn't ready on time. I'm fact, I've had plenty of orders ready early. But there is zero structure to the pick up process. You just wait in line and hope someone notices you. I mean, dedicate someone to the online orders, especially if you have a rush. Put up a shelf and drop them off there, I'll pick it up myself. But to be 4 years post pandemic and not have this figured out when pretty much every other qsr does is an embarrassment. It is so bad and inefficient I'm not sure I'll continue going. Everything else about the store is goid, but they have to get this figured out.
I had a takeout order which wasn't ready on time. Also, I had a regular and 2 mini sandwiches of which the 2 minis were way too small (not a regular mini bread) and not enough meat on them. I usually go to the Sammamish store which is a lot better and precise with the orders where I haven't had any issues yet. I will never go back to this location (Issaquah) again.
