Aiden, keoni, Ozzie. Literally rockstairs. There was only these three guys in the shop. They had a line of TEN people. They also had TWENTY order slips print out just while I was in the store. I cannot commend their resilience enough. The way they powered through this so effortlessly, even though they were very obviously understaffed for such a hot day. If these three guys are here next time I come in, I know I can expect top notch customer service AND a great sandwich. Raises all around because, WOW.
Let me just add that at first it was only Keoni and Ozzie, Aiden CAME BACK in to help. All the people in line had other people with them, so not only did they have 10 separate customers, but they had 10 separate customers that all had additional people in their group and they still flew through this flawlessly. None of the customers got upset because they were talking to each of us and letting each of us know the situation.. I just really cannot say enough about these three guys and how they handled this situation, especially since I have worked food industry many years myself. They had to be so hot back there with how many hot sandwiches they were having to make on top of how many people continued to walk in as I was in line. CLAPS ALL AROUND.
