I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. My co-workers and I decided to get sandwich for lunch. When we arrived we were not acknowledged by any of the 5 team members at the counter. We saw that they were working on a big order and waited for a few minutes but since none of the team members acknowledge us, I ask if somebody could help us and that is when the only lady in team, told us “is going to be a minute because we are busy”
I understand they were busy but besides acknowledgement, I expected a nicer attitude and a better customer service. We waited for a moment and then decided to leave. Chipotle’s food good delicious and their Customer Service was the best.
