Our Jet City Blinds & Costco partnership project went very smoothly. A Costco salesperson came to our home to show us a wide array of blinds & window treatments, and explained the entire process. Jet City's sub-contractor did the installation in half a day, installing 21 blinds! He was very fast and efficient and his work was clean and top-notch. (Ask for Brad - a great guy!) The shipper missed 2 of the wands and Jet City got them shipped over right away. Great customer service and quick follow-up. Highly recommended if you want full service; not DIY products from the big-box hardware stores.

We ordered cellular shades for our entire home from Costco and Jet City Blinds was amazing every step of the way. Jill, who measured and helped us choose the designs was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the decision making process, she really knew everything about the options which made things easy. The installation took place 3 weeks after measuring and they fit perfectly, gaps are symmetrical and slim, what a relief! We absolutely love our new blinds and would highly recommend using Jet City Blinds. As a comparison, we also had Home Depot take measurements and their person was terrible, he had no samples to show and wasn’t able to clearly explain the options. This is a big purchase and it’s important to have confidence in the people you are working with. Thanks again! We’re loving our new blinds!!

We easily set up and appointment with Jet City Blinds through Costco's contact form online. From start to finish we dealt with Jet City Blinds rep, Josue. Josue was on time for our appointment and brought all the tools and samples needed to help us decide what styles and colors to select. The blinds arrived on time and Josue quickly and professionally install them in just a couple hours. We would definitely use Jet City Blinds again.
