Used the Touchless wash for the first time (thank you to the lady in white car behind me that asked if I needed help with the payment thing!). It worked pretty well, there was only one spot it missed and some water droplets to dry off but I brought a microfiber towel and it was not an issue. A lot easier than handwashing and the undercarriage wash will be great for winter.

I've been to this automated car wash multiple times. There is an employee who goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. I haven't caught his name, but I'm so appreciative of his amazing, friendly service. Thank you!
