The air conditioner in the home I rent isn't working, and my house has been sitting at 85 degrees and more at times. I have 2 pets in the home, also. It's been 3 weeks since a technician looked at it, and Jevons never followed up. It's now been almost a month, and there is still no information about when the air conditioner is going to be fixed or replaced. Ridiculous.............................. The very fact that you can't find me as your tenant demonstrates the level of incompetence Jevon's has as a property management company. I'm never renting from Jevons again...ever... *Update: Jevons sent their own technician to address the issue of the air-conditioner, and all he wanted to do was sit here and argue with me. Nonetheless, he decided not to call or inform me that he was even coming. He just showed up. Then told me it's going to be at least 2 weeks before the air-conditioning is going to be replaced. Summer is over by then, lol Thanks, Jevon's! This place is so unprofessional. I feel bad for the people who trust their properties with Jevons. Jevons has only shown up 1 time in the 7 years I've lived here to check on the condition of the home. And when they did show up, the guy stated, "The tub is dirty." I seriously couldn't believe he would even say that.
