I went to Jewel Crafters to purchase an engagement ring. The owner and staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. The CAD designer, John, helped me design the ring. I was able to inspect a 3D-printed ring before getting the ring made. Mike, the owner, was informative and helpful in selecting the diamond. Overall, I had a wonderful experience designing and purchasing the ring.

Brought in a ring that had been badly damaged after getting smashed in a door. I wasn’t sure it could be saved but the owner was so confident he offered me a personal guarantee that if it wasn’t satisfactory it would be free. He was able to get it looking like new! He checked all of the diamonds after two fell out. He quickly reset and secured all of the stones. He cleaned another ring for free while I was waiting. Great customer experience. Thank you for great work!!!

The owner was so nice and helpful and the work he did on my engagement ring was pristine! The selections offered are also one of a kind and you can tell this business will treat you like family. I can only imagine what a commissioned piece would look like! 10/10 would definitely recommend if you need anything jewelry related in the Valley!
