STAY AWAY! They wiped all the recent negative reviews!

They provide little to no customer service at all. I have been contacting them for over a year due to their failed work, resealing my dampers. They returned them to me with a busted seal, causing clunking and banging in a vehicle when installed. I have conversations saved both via email, social media messenger and phone call recordings with the OWNER and one female employee acknowledging this. They ignore all customer service calls and emails, and continue to post on social media taking people's money. The owner, Jon Kim will be hearing from my lawyer.

They need to respond to emails and answer phone calls. I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a year. I have emails and messages with the OWNER saved as proof. They even went as far as blocking Instagram, instead of responding.

Jon, the owner, promised through text to replace the rear dampers on 11/10/20 He then texted me 1/14/21 stating that the city did not give him a permit yet due to Covid (They left the address they advertise, I went down there in person to confirm their recording when you call the phone number) On 2/1/21 Jon, the owner states they are not ready to work yet 4/26/21 he tells me the facility is still not ready and he is currently building a new house (got that address off google just in case) and will work with me when the house is done 9/4/21 he tells me they are still closed for business 9/8/21 he ignores my calls and a text 12/1/21 he ignores my calls and text yet again
