I came in a little after 2:30pm for an oil change and was told it’ll be 45 minutes. I was sitting at being #4 in line. Well a big truck pulls in as #5 almost 15 minutes after I been sitting #5 gets oiled and leaves while I’m just being checked out at 3:44. Poor service here located on Stanford Ranch Road in Rocklin, CA

The person checking everyone in was visibly sick. He was coughing had snot running, using his arm to wipe the boogers as he spoke with customers. I only realized this when he came up to my window and started talking to me while I was confined in my vehicle, so I walked out and made some space. A day later the symptoms began. If you are sick, STAY HOME.

Been going here for 5 years for both of my cars. Staff is very nice, honest, and will not make you feel dumb. It's always been easy and a pleasant experience
