These people are truly service oriented, take great care of my car and take the time to explain things. Plus although it is not a new building they keep the bathroom clean!!

Jiffy Lube convinced my wife, who does typically bring any of our cars in for service by herself, to spend $80 on a tire rotation that the car did not need. Either they simply did not know how many miles had been driven since the prior rotation or they looked in the glove box at the paperwork from Les Schwab and would have seen that we are entitled to free tire rotations from Schwab every 5,000 miles. Either way, a dishonest way of doing business! Buyer beware of Jiffy Lube!!
