AS usual, for years now, Manny and his crew at Bethel Station, Spanaway, WA. has treated us as if we were important family members. They have always treated us with respect and friendliness. Went for a simple oil change and engine diagnostic...
Told by the crew smoking cigarettes outside "We don't do that here, go away."
No other customers!
Engine diagnostic machine right there!
"We don't do that here!"
Never again in my lifetime!
What a joke!
