I would leave zero stars if possible. I went to the Mill Creek Jiffy Lube on 09/23/2024 at 3pm to get an oil change. Immediately after I spent 85.06 to get this oil change completed my check engine light came on and a stabilitrak light came on my dash, as well as when I was driving my engine is misfiring as well as jerking back and forth when I am driving. I went back to the Mill creek Jiffy Lube on 09/24/2024 to ask why these problems are occurring and they automatically dismissed me until I repeatedly asked them to look at it until they finally took a look at the car. They proceeded to say that it was not their fault that my car was having these issues and then said that I should go get my spark plugs changed. Today 09/30/2024 I went elsewhere to get my spark plugs changed to see if that would fix the issues that my car is having, and spending 315.06, but upon speaking to the technician who worked on my car said that it wasn’t my spark plugs that is an issue, it is an issue with the way that my oil change was completed, which could be because they overfilled the oil during the oil change causing the issue and my fuel injector amongst other issues. I would like for this issue to be rectified before I have to go through your higher ups, and get my lawyers involved.

I have taken my car to two different Jiffy Lube because the first time they didn't put my kick plate back on tight. I was driving on the freeway and heard a noise from under my car. The kick plate was only attached on one side. I was to a different location they didn't know how to put the kick plate back on either. Just be careful if you go into Jiffy Lube.
