Devin and Dustin know their stuff! Being a military guy on a tight schedule got me in and out in a Jiffy! Got me new wipers, oil change, topped off my fluids, also ordered a new filter for my car and it showed within 10 they were still doing the oil change talk about Fast! They also appiled a coat of rainex on my windshield as a thank you which was very nice. Keep doing y'all and Jiffy will always support you!

I struggled with this review… because, the customer service on the back end was so great. They went above and beyond to help correct their screwup.. BUT.. without their original mishap.. my truck wouldn’t have been stranded on the side of the Hwy pouring out oil.. needing a tow truck and a week out of commission… proceed with caution. :/

Customer service great. Employees great. Jiffy Lube service lacking. Before they use to check tire pressure, headlights/signal lights, wash windshield, and vacuum automatically. I can do without the vacuuming and windshield washing but the other things should be done. That's why they get a 3 star.
