Brian, Allissa and Lydia gave me excellent service today. Great conversation with Brian, quick and timely service, had a really positive experience here. Everyone was knowledgable, and minor details like torque specs for my oil drain plug were confirmed in their database and referenced throughout the whole process.

Service is always good at this Duvall location of Jiffy Lube. Staff is always friendly, professional and informative. They answer any questions I have about services and what is timely and/or necessary. Mainly I have come to trust the integrity of this establishment. I don’t ever feel like I’m pushed to have anything done that isn’t necessary. That means a lot as I am a senior citizen on SSI and don’t have much to spend. I leave there with peace of mind and feeling safe on the road.

All the techs were great. One of them took the time to teach me how to reset the service schedule on my trucks computer, which I had no idea existed. The other tech found me a $20 coupon (oil rebate?) and was also helpful. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Great experience.
