I am a long time resident of Post Falls and have had my vehicles serviced at the local Jiffy Lube for many years. I consistently find the facility clean and well maintained. The staff is always very personable and pleasant and their work always meets the highest standards. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

While I personally prefer to do scheduled appointments with my mechanic because it’s always cheaper than going to a first-come, first-serve oil change service, that is not always possible when an oil change is needed. The team did a wonderful job; my oil change was quick and they checked my air filters as well. They were all friendly and very quick overall. Considering the fact that no appointment is required and my car takes full synthetic oil, the cost of my oil change and cabin filter replacement were fair. I would absolutely go back if I found myself in the position of needing an oil change before I can get in to my mechanic.

Fantastic service. Went above and beyond to get my car back on the road again. My battery died, and the extremely nice gentleman who works there cleaned all the crud around my battery for no extra charged, installed a new battery; comes with a 3 yr. warranty, and honored the 15% off coupon for the service. I will continue to support this location, and I hope others will as well. The people who work there are extremely friendly, and very detailed. I appreciate it substantially. Thank you so much!
