The female manager and all the workers were amazing. Service was quick.
They quoted me a very low price on spark plugs replacements and honored it. When I originally came by they couldn't do it which was okay so I drove very far to another jiffy because I was told they should have the same prices. They did not. It was about 400 for a 4 cyl, they said it was because the mandefold, which maybe so I decided to wait a week for the other place and I'm glad I did.
The quote that the manager gave me was to the exact cent that I ended up paying her, more than half of the 400 other shops wanted to charge me. Absolutely amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone ever again to do any services on my car especially not my dealership who wanted to charge 3x as much for everything. (Tacoma Nissan and olympia Nissan.) I heard jiffy lubes have military discounts but I didn't bother asking since it'd just feel like robbery if I did. I'll have to ask if there's an option to tip next time I'm in.
