Another location with very friendly workers convinced me to switch to Jiffy lube for my oil changes after having a spark plug replaced with them. My first time at this location and to be honest pretty disappointing. No line and no other customers so not sure why but my car didn't get vacuumed or windshield cleaned. I called the other location to ask if I had done something wrong, not paid for it, needed to ask, etc. He advised me it should be included in the oil change and to go back and ask. I returned and they did vacuum it but still felt like a Karen for asking because they didn't explain why they didn't do it in the first place and then my windshield still didn't get cleaned. They're small details but they were the things that were just a little over the top from where I've been going for a few years and thought it was worth the higher price to switch over. We all have bad days and they are good humans but as far a satisfaction for advertisement it's pretty low and no incentive to come back and pay more.

Management and Team are first class. They made me feel respected and gave courteous service.
My family has been going here for years. However current team is 5 stars!

I go only to this Jiffy Lube on State Ave in Olympia. The Staff are so GOOD! Very Honest and GREAT at what they do. They work very good together. Paige, Ariel and Tyson! There is someone else and I apologize for not knowing the other person!!Ariel is a great manager!!
