Far from home, anxious that my car wasn’t in driving conditions and near to closing hours, FRANK took care of me!! As a young woman some ladies worry about entering auto shops but Frank reassured me that I was in good hands and made sure I was safe to drive home! Frank was very kind and after service guided me out along with a warm smile to end off my work day!! Highly recommend Frank if you ever visit this Jiffy Lube! Thank you Frank!!!

Didn't feel welcomed by the "lead." I figured he was just having a bad day and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Then he and another customer got into an argument. I decided that was enough, backed up and got out of there. Didn't get my oil changed and wasted an hour, bummer. Jiffy Lube use to be reliable, guess decent customer service skills are hard to come by these days.

I had an incredible experience at this Jiffy Lube. They were kind, courteous, and listened to our needs, and then very quickly fulfilled and completed the service that we needed on the car in order to have a right headlight replaced. Under $50 repair - very fair pricing. We would 100% return again.
