Really great oil change. Let me know other issues with my car. Showed me the issues and explained what can happen if I don't get it fix. Was not forcing me to fix it on the spot but let me know that they can help and how much it would cost.

One of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever gone through in my entire life. Took the car in for a simple oil change and was instantly bombarded and fear-mongered by claims that I needed repairs/replacements. Not sure what the guy’s name was, but he was scrawny and had earrings and glasses. With the bad vibe and ridiculous quote that followed, I decided to take my business elsewhere. At the second repair shop (not a Jiffy Lube), they discovered there was a sudden engine oil leak, and the oil pan was saturated with fresh oil. The second shop had told me it looked like someone tampered with the tank, and that’s when I knew this Jiffy Lube was the culprit. I called them, and the same guy answered, telling me that I could never prove it was him and that he had lawyers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you care about your car or your dignity.

Came here for suspecting a car battery issue. They were very helpful and informative. They assessed our car battery, ran some simple diagnostics and gave a clear quote on the full fees. Gave us no pressure to proceed and did not charge us for any of the services when we told them we couldn't do it today. Definitely would come back for services!
