Have really enjoyed my experience working with Elizabeth Rich from Jim Dwyer State Farm. Never thought I'd write a review for an insurance company, but she helped me and my fiance a ton when we were figuring out special coverage for a new piece of jewelry and also when arranging home owners insurance. She was super responsive, very friendly, very patient, answered tons of questions and helped me understand the policy really clearly. Never felt any pressure from her either to pick a particular policy. Overall made what could have been a very difficult process into something that was very manageable and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for Jim Dwyer and his fabulous team, Elizabeth and Theresa. My husband and I have all of our insurance policies with Jim.
In a day where it is difficult to reach support live — I am so appreciative when I can pick up the phone and talk to someone. They are friendly, helpful and detail oriented. They stay on top of me so nothing falls through the cracks.
Highly recommend!!
