Jim has been a trusted friend for many years, and he's a tremendous asset for learning about all things real estate during these Covid-19 times. In particular, he's been extremely helpful in explaining the shifting housing market on Vashon Island and in the surrounding off-island communities within King County (plus Pierce and Kitsap Counties for comparison) so that I could decide if I should appeal King County's 2023 assessments. As our property taxes and values have continued to skyrocket in King County, and as I approach retirement age, knowledge is power when it comes to planning for my future. In other words, do we stay, or do we go? Without someone like Jim to help us navigate where the market might be headed in the coming months and years, making plans would be a LOT more difficult. Highly recommend Jim as a buyer or a seller's agent, for all of these reasons, and more!
