Sandwich was good but drink taste like seltzer water. After I mentioned it they did change it.

My father & I ordered two JJ Gargantuan sandwiches on wheat bread. When the food was delivered, their driver just left it on our doorstep without ringing the bell or knocking. Then, when we opened our sandwiches, the bread was so soggy that our fingers sunk into them, and made a hole. I called and spoke to someone named Ralph. He said that he was the manager. He said that our sandwiches were most likely soggy because of the oil and vinegar that they put on the bread. He offered to make us new sandwiches, but said we hand to order more food in order for them to do that. He was also requesting that I drive the old soggy sandwiches back. We are very disappointed with our service and the quality of their food.

I love Jimmy John's. I found out if I want a lot of mayo I have to say extra, extra, extra mayo 😅
