Response to owner response: I have previously done that and your rep stated that there's nothing wrong with the sandwich. I still have her email. This is the third time JJ's has given me this exact message (on Twitter as well) only to ignore me when I tell you about your reps response. Why?
Where is the tuna?? What a ripoff!! Compare these pictures to the picture they have of what it's supposed to be like. I'm contacting my bank to tell them these sandwiches are NOT as promised.
MADE MY FOOD WORNG 4 TIMES IN ONE DAY GOT A 13. THAT HAS NO LETTUCE. CALLES FOR A REMAKE THEY PUT LETTUCE ON IT. I CALLED AGAIN ONE HAD LETTUCE THE OTHER DIDNT CALLED AGAIN THEY THROW MY FOOD BY MY DOOR INSTEAD OF HANDING IT TO ME. PROBABLY WONT ORDER AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTING THEY NEVER WERE LIKE THIS. I ONLY LIKE ONE DELIVERY DRIVER THERE AND SHES SUPER SWEET.
