First time visitor to this location, just left with the two sandwiches I ordered. Made it home to find that one of the two was CLEARLY old and had been sitting. It was completely soggy, to the point where it had to be thrown away.... I suspect this is why the young lady behind the counter couldn't look me in the eye and was quite short when she handed me my bag. My mistake was ordering outside from the parking lot and not going in to watch them prepare the food. Will be skipping this location from this point on.

Don't count on them for delivery. I've had multiple instances of placing an order and getting a call during the delivery window (not when the shop opened) canceling my order. I used to order here once a week. Now can't count on them.

While the food quality is fairly consistent, I seem to have about a 50/50 chance of being able to order food online from this location. Half of the time it'll say that either online ordering isn't available or that the location is closed, despite being within their normal business hours and not anywhere near their closing time.
