Poor customer service. The sandwich was mush by the time it got to me. Called into the shop to clarify a mobile order and was met with a bad attitude/tone. I love JJ so I’m bummed. I’d recommend other locations. The closest on Westlake.

I ordered delivery and the person dropped off in a reasonable time. That's the nicest thing I can say.

I ordered a giant veggie and it's awful. The bread is rock hard and overcooked. I asked for light cheese and it looks like extra. I asked for mustard packets and didn't receive them. There was no avocado spread. I asked for extra pickle and peppers, onions, and oregano, but there weren't any.

Like... how? I should have payed attention to the other bad reviews.

I crave a JJ unwhich often, but if this was my first experience I'd never eat at Jimmy John's again. It took more than 40 min to make the sandwich. Once I got it (5 min later), it was a soggy disgusting mess that tasted...off. I ended up throwing it away after a colleague confirmed it was weird tasting for fear of food poisoning. Never again, at least not from this location.
