I requested takeout and delivery services, received my food (no knock on the door, weird). Opened one of the sandwiches and found half of a bug within the sandwich. I sent in a request to the JJ website and requested to be contacted by the franchise owner, supplying an explanation and picture. No one's called me or really given the time of day and it's been over a week and a half. Would suggest visiting a different operation (or different franchise) that focuses more on cleanliness or guest satisfaction of food without bugs in it.

I thought this place would be better than the other Subways in town and I was wrong. my sandwich had 3 slices of turkey on it, so much freaking mayo too it’s all i could taste and they only put cucumber and pickles on it when i didnt ask for anything taken off it. ALSO, im guessing she is the manager here, big lady with black hair in braids tonight, she was unbelievably rushing me when i said i had never been here before and needed a second. all she did was stare at me and criticize me not knowing what veggies were on the sandwich even though i have vision issues and can barely read the name. god forbid i ask questions about something im about to pay you for. i dont know who owns this store but the GM needs to do something about her she needs some training.

This what they call a sandwich at the Snohomish Washington Jimmy Nohns. Only 2 pieces of lunch meat. I'll never go to Jimmy John's again. Total rip off.
