Terrible service. 3 customers ordered ahead but she (photo) decides to serve “specific” people who came afterwards and doesnt charge for add-ons ….while others are skipped over and have incomplete orders. Don’t call out complete orders when I asked twice and she just ignores. Of course sandwich was not made to customize order… Do Not Order from this location.

Ordered a #11 country club. Got home to find out that it only had bacon on the sandwich. Called and spoke with the manager and he could only refund or make a new sandwich. This store is 4 minutes from my house and he would not offer to deliver a new sandwich. I feel that in this day and age if you mess up this badly you should make it right to the customer. Who eats a sandwich with just bacon?? This store had messed up my back orders multiple times. I would recommend you check your order before you leave or go somewhere else.

Come to this location 3 times a week. Today ordered online as I do all the time. Stood in line, told them I had an online order. A tall curly haired guy told me my sandwich was being made, had waited 20 minutes for him to make sandwiches for people that were in line ahead of me when I order before them online 20 minutes prior. Was late for work.
