Ordered online for delivery. Store calls an hour later saying they can't deliver for yet another hour as they have no driver. Refund? They told me it takes a few days, that doesnt fly for me, just deliver it.. Now, considering that I'm paying $35 for a sandwich (delivery charge and 15% tip incl), lunchtime has turned to supportive and I'm feeling well bent over at this point. Perhaps offering a decent wage to your workers might entice them to stick around, it sure does the trick in my line of work.

Kind of expensive and gross. $13 for a dry and tasteless turkey sandwich, I think I'll go elsewhere

I ordered a #2 Big John signature sandwich. Regular size. Then I was asked if I would like cheese. I said yes. I thought a signature sandwich would have cheese on it....turns out after I paid it was $1.30 for cheese. IF SOMETHINGS COST MORE, THEN BE PROACTIVE AND TELL THE CUSTOMER WHILE THEY ORDER IT. I never even got to choose what kind of cheese. $13.80 for the combo and add the cheese $1.30 for a $15.10 8" sando that was mehhhhhhh okay. What happened Jimmy?
